Location and value for the price

Very comfortable and had all the facilities, including kitchen.

It was 3 degrees outside and the radiator didn’t work.

Really comfortable bed, sofa, etc. Good location for travelling into and around Cardiff.

Apartment was clean & tidy apart from the bathroom which although clean smelt of mould & the extractor on an outside wall didn't work & no window. Shower was also very small and had to turn off the shower & open door to pick anything off the tray. Boiler was located high up on the wall & hence could not read the screen to turn on water/heating. Managed after lots of trial & error.

-Nice, Spacious Apartment with a homely feel. -A wide range of amenities. -Easy check in & out.

-Shower head desperately needs replacing, full of limescale and mould. -Only provided us with 2 coat hangers. -Bedroom was bright at night as the blinds didn't close fully. As well as hearing traffic noise all night long. - Parking was very difficult and often had to park at the bottom of the road.

Was very cute and well furnished. Nice amount of space and great for me as I was in the city for a wedding. Nice amount of lights in the room, good for makeup. Staff (Claire) were friendly as there was a slight smoke alarm activated during our stay and they walked me through how to turn it off, accommodated late check out as well. 10/10 for Claire.

The iron was a bit fiddly and confusing to use and seemed to leak water.

Should have a small dishwasher. The thermostat wasn't warming up the place effectively.

I find the location to be truly delightful as it offers easy access to both the city centre and Barry Island Beach.
