"An OK stay, but customer support could be greatly improved"

The caravan was easy to find, spacious, reasonably clean and comfortable. We travelled in the warm months so don't know about heating, but everything seemed in order. Kitchen equipment was good, kitchen was well supplied

We found no bed linen and no towels on arrival. When we flagged this to the owners, we only received a copy-paste of their T&Cs. We travel constantly for work, towels and bed linen are a necessity, not an optional. Also, as bed sets are not on sale at the park's reception, we had to drive 20' each way to grab new items. It would have been more courteous, if the owner told us where to buy the linen, and maybe send a more personalised message, which would have greatly improved the rating of our feedback.
