Caravan was nice park was good

Ver dirty mattress head was falling down and my family caught scabbies from dirty mattress and carpet and living room seats they need new mattress and good professional cleaning on carpet and seats

Location was really good, perfect parking to

The people before did not clean, so had to clean everything also had to clean fridge as food was still in there

Caravan was nice

But dirty carpet beds and seats my family have a itch rash since we stayed there they need to have it cleaned professionally dirt behind seats was ridiculous

Was nice to get away for a short break.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, wouldn’t recommend the caravan for people with back problems. Was freezing the central heating gadget was no where to be found.

Location was great , plenty to do with in a short drive

Accommodation, the list that was sent to us explaining about how the cleaners attend the property between 10am till 4pm I was expecting the property to have been cleaned when I arrived that wasn't the case It had recently been cooked in which the smell had lingered and took a while to remove and there were crumbs over most of the living room and seats which is fine as there was a hoover to clean but wasn't expecting to have too on arrival and a toilet clean was needed , accommodation had all the amenities needed, TV, fireplace and cooking utensils which was good.

Good location and was nice to have the toilet in the bedroom aswell as the bathroom

I found drug paraphernalia on top of 1 of the kitchen cupboards with a big knife next to it. Thank god a child didn't find this and it was me. I dissguarded of this immediately. I've taken pictures. Also some of the kitchen utensils still had food on it and in some areas of the living room it hadn't been hoovered or cleaned throughout... found chocolate rice crispies along the skirting and on floor where the radiator is in the living room. Again I took pictures. Few cobwebs in there and also the pull out bed as you pull it out there was dirt and dust. Needs a thorough clean in places that have been hidden. Also the gas safety check was meant to be done again the 1st of March 2024 and hasn't been done. There was an issue with the boiler and my husband had to change the gas over. The notice about the gas check was stuck inside the cupboard door. Could be dangerous if the boiler isn't checked as soon as

Park facilities were all up to standard

The caravan was dirty hadn't been swept or hoovered sofa was full of stains and smelt awful there was mud everywhere up the walls on door handles up the fridge surfaces hadn't been cleaned as there was still remains of food floors hadn't been washed as make up was on the floor in one bathroom there was an empty cannabis packet in the kitchen cupboard the shower wasn't clean the fire extinguisher was empty and there was something covering the carbon monoxide alarm outside was all muddy and slabs leading to the caravan were broken when we reported this to the owners the reply was well it was a cheap holiday and we wouldn't want to know what was said on their part I feel this was very rude and I wouldn't want people to waste their money

The property was clean, tidy and spacious enough for a family of four. We enjoyed our stayed.

The double bed was very uncomfortable and dipped in the middle, as a self cleaning caravan there wasn’t any mop or toilet cleaning products to use. We visited on a very rainy weekend and leading up to the door was waterlogged and muddy, so just be aware of taking some wellies or old shoes if visiting when rainy. But we had a lovely time and this wouldn’t put us off booking again.
