very clean and beautiful caravan.

Excellent service

No heating on a very cold October weekend, no hot water most of the time neither heating. The surrounding access was all muddy as not enough slabs on the path to access the steps.

Boiler problem, no hot water really bad.

The Caravan was nice and warm on arrival

The kitchen had dirty cutlery and cookery left on the draining board, a used van was left on the dining table, the sitting area had mud over the carpet, the bin was not emptied, the bathroom sink had toothpaste around it, and there was a half drunk can of coke in the main bedroom

We liked the quietness, location for supplies and a walk along the beach. The accommodation was clean tidy and quickly settled.

We did struggle to find the caravan number, by the time we arrived it was late but we found it in the end.

The size of the bed rooms

1) Water heater was not working, we had to use the kettle to boil bathing water 2) Response to mail was terrible (very poor). 3) The caravan wasn't clean (cobwebs everywhere) 4) Staff were slow to respond and when they did, it was poor.

Large screen flat TV

No heating, no hot water, no sheets on the beds or pillow cases, the entrance steps to the front door, the bottom step is worn and bows inward making it unsafe to use for access and egress, the walkway from the parking bay to the caravan door was partly waterlogged so that the paving stones were partly covered with water and the grass was muddy and unsafe, no temporary walkway had been provided, the street lighting around the caravan was l.e.d lighting making the area poorly lit and unsafe.

Love this caravan. It’s the third time we have stayed here now. Great location and nice and peaceful.
