Central Bright 3 Bed Flat with Pool & Parking

My family and I, really enjoyed the property both the bathroom and kitchen was clean the comfortable beds were a Godsend. The property is well located in Edinburgh for public transport and good restaurants nearby including supermarkets. The host even provided some breakfast groceries- Thank you so much! 😊

Unfortunately, there was no pool and gym access due to maintenance. The hot weather was amazing which would have been great for the family! Nevertheless, Don't be discouraged it's a beautiful place and has an outside balcony to chill with a glass of wine, mocktail or your morning coffee!

Professionally maintained. Clean bedding. Plenty of towels and pillows. Decent sized rooms too. Has a child's high chair available. Clear instructions throughout. Well thought out with telescopic pole available for blinds. Pretty much everything that is needed. Location is near a Co-op for any groceries. Great restaurants nearby. Would particularly recommend Pizzeria 1926 for great quality for good value. Ollie and Ella were incredibly responsive and obviously proficient in managing the property. There was a temporary issue affecting the pool, sauna and gym facilities. However, hats off to the managers as I was notified of an alternative at the Dalry Swim Centre which was not far away. Whilst suboptimal for facilities, I'd much rather have an transparent and responsive manager like Ollie and Ella.

Two things: 1. The bathroom is tight. Despite the bathtub/shower door, due to the tight layout there would inevitably be some water on and around the toilet. Bit tough as the towels used to dry these areas didn't dry fast enough. 2. We had 1 dishwasher tablet for 5 days (which had already become slightly gelatinous due to moisture on the worktop). I'd advise giving a bit more for convenience e.g. one tablet every 2 days, and keeping in a dry receptacle. 3. Steep steps - be careful if you're a bit wobbly on your feet or have knee issues.

The flat is in a convenient location, very near grocery stores and only 20-30 minutes walk from the center of the city to see all of the main sites. The bathroom is small but nice and we'll appointed and the bedrooms are also nice.

There were several small annoyances like no dish soap, no bedding for the baby bed, but we were able to figure something out. Also, the kitchen and living room was not cleaned well enough (the bathroom and bedrooms were clean though).

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, comfortable flat. The layout is incredibly well-thought-out—even as a family of five, we felt we had plenty of space to relax. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and provided clear, easy-to-follow check-in instructions. We especially appreciated the QR code system, which linked to a shared drive full of helpful local advice. It was a short train, tram or bus ride into Edinburgh. All appliances were in perfect working order, and having a washer-dryer (plus cleaning supplies!) was a huge bonus for a larger family. With clean, comfortable beds and a seamless experience, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended

While the onsite pool was quite cold, we understood that this is a communal facility not maintained by the host, so it didn't impact our high opinion of the flat itself
