FruitTrees Serviced Apartment

The D. Bed was comfortable. My son didn't get his own room like promised. I have mobility problems, we were promised a Walk-in Shower. I hurt myself trying to use bath. I couldn't get Hob to work. I used oven instead, hence got 3rd degree burns to hands. I play Violin in 2 Orchestras.

Oven Gloves should have been supplied. (Basic Health & Safety. ) We never found the Gym. No instructions for anything. Hob on Cooker didn't work, consequently I made Curry in Oven & with no Oven Gloves supplied got 3rd degree burns still suffering, can't play the Violin at least for another 2 weeks. Not very happy.

Host was really helpful when I arrived (I had missed the original communication about how to enter, but she helped me figure it out without any hassle). The property is in a really nice location and the walls are sound-proof.

Easy to find the property, instructions from host were clear before our arrival. No issues checking in. Apartment was in a great location and a short walk from Cambridge station

The apartment complex was very noisy at night, lots of students hanging around in the square below the balcony until early hours in the morning. The Neighbours played loud music in the evenings which made it difficult to relax. The thermostats in the apartment weren't working so i couldn't turn the heating down. The apartment was set to 31 degrees in the evening making it impossible to sleep or walk around with underfloor heating. Unfortunately the apartment had no aircon, no windows or a fan. The heat was so unbearable I had to sleep with the balcony door open, which was quite dangerous!

Great location near the station

Very small room - some of the photographs used are for a different flat - I was in a different location to what I was booked in to - very noisy at night - had to open the patio door as I couldn’t turn down the heating to an acceptable level

Great location and good value. The hosts upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment as they had some vacant during our stay which was a lovely bonus with kids having their own room rather than the sofabed. Well appointed, in a modern building. Right near the train station and an easy walk into the centre of Cambridge. Would recommend to others.
