FruitTrees Serviced Apartment

The location was really convenient. The facilities were great. I was particularly grateful to have a fridge in the warm weather and also appreciated the abundant supply of tea/coffee etc. Lovely to have a balcony. My host was really helpful.

The area was a little noisy into late evening.

Locationa nd parking were great Facilities inside the apartment were good and all in working order.

Lift was out of action for the 3 days - so carrying laptop bag, case, and suit carrier was pain being the flat was on the 3rd floor. Some of the decor in the bathroom needed attention but didn't detract from the overall experience

Luxery, spacious appartment

Tye ventilation system was on full high mode but inlet ducts were closed. Very noisy and no ventilation. I di solve this myself Bathroom lighting above the sink was broken and not present. The one half a meter to the right above the toilet worked. Not very practical. They could have taken care of this installing a new led-lamp fitting.

well maintained facilities, good location very close to the station and short walk to town centre, very responsive and flexible host

The apartment was a bit small for 3 people. The third bed turned out to be a folding bed, not a sofa bed, which was unpractical to fold and put away during the day, taking up room in an already small apartment.

I like how close everything was to the apartment - all within walking distance. I also really liked how spacious the apartment was and enjoyed sitting on the balcony :)

The shower didn’t have much water pressure.
