FruitTrees Serviced Apartment

Great little studio flat, seems quite newly built. All appliances worked, nice having a balcony even at this time of year. Clean and very well looked after. Easy check in and departure instructions. 2 minutes from the train station.

Very limited parking, everywhere close was Permit Only. Can be quite busy with youths walking towards and away from the station. Would stay again however.

Excellent location close to train resturants supermarket hoho bus stop and tourist sights.

Good impression on arrival quickly faded. The dishwasher had broken some time before and contained stinking putrid water. The range hood was broken the toilet flush didn't work properly and the electricity meter ran out as we prepared for our first day. This was recharged by the proprietor after about 40 minutes without power and the dishwasher fixed on day 4 out of 5 of our stay. The microwave didn't work, the cooking knives were all blunt and the thermostats couldn't be adjusted. The apartment was not serviced during our stay other than to have the excess garbage bag removed presumably by the dishwasher technician however the bin was left full and the dishes were not put in the repaired dishwasher. This is nothing close to a serviced apartment and is sub standard in all aspects.

Lovely bright and light studio with great access to local amenities; with a full sized balcony and comfortable bed. Shower is a big plus aswell, far better than expected.

chairs on the balcony are a little flimsy but I am quite tall / heavy so that could just be a me thing.

Very convenient location, kind of safe area and quiet at night

Some of the facilities don’t work well. Rubbish collection point is not convenient.

It was clean and mostly comfortable and located well

The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on

It is close to Cambridge station and central to get around. Nice facilities for a short stay and easy to access to coffee shops etc very near station.

Property was small and compact and surrounded by other flats so when curtains are open it feels as though there's no privacy. Also quite noisy at night with students coming and going.

Liked the kitchen and that the flat had washing machine and a nice small balcony.

Sofa bed needs to be replaced, seems overused. Bathroom needs a lot of fixing. The location is very noisy for families with kids.
