Good location, clean, spacious

Adjusted the heating on the thermostat’s but never seem to do anything meant the apartment was always quite hot, flush need fixing in the bathroom for the toilet and the sink unblocking soon as you pour water it fills up.

NOT THE ONE I BOOKED. Host was unhelpful and rude when she booked me into the wrong apart. Toilet smelt like raw sewage, Wi-Fi did not work.

Host was very accommodating to our arrival time and needs. The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were on the small side, but the bathroom was very roomy. We accepted an upgrade to a larger unit about 10 minutes from the one we had booked next to the train station. We were initially concerned about the move, but it actually allowed us to explore some parts of town we would never have seen otherwise.

We accepted an upgrade to a larger apartment about a 10 minute walk from the one we had booked originally - so the comments are related to that location. Our only complaint is that someone seemed to have smoked in the unit prior to our stay, so we had to keep opening the windows to ventilate the room. Also the building exterior had experienced some unfortunate vandalism which had not been removed.

The fact it wasn’t fully cleaned inside, and the disrespect from the upstairs neighbours is unreal you couldn’t have a convosation without them telling you shut up

Lovely apartment. We had no hot water on the first night and messaged the host, within 10 mins someone was over to fix it. Boiler pressure was low so he sorted it in 5 mins. Great value, great stay, great host, great location, great great
