The lift. View. Location. Comfortable beds. Lack of noise was appreciated greatly. Gated compound. Good experience. York City is a lovely place. Love the vibe. Xx

Putting out the rubbish is very long-winded. Needed more refuge bags.

Apartment was spacious, very clean, two bathrooms was great (and both very nice) Tea/ coffee and milk left as a welcome pack on our arrvial which we greatly appreciated. Beds were really comfortable and we both slept very well. Location to city centre also very good.

Getting keys out of the lock box was a bit fiddly, The car park space number was difficult to see and there was a fixed bollard which was a bit tricky to not bump into when our friend parked her car there. There was some confusion viz instructions to dispose of waste as we could not find a bin with a coded lock. Also found leaving the bin area a little challenging. However, we figured it out eventually. We rang owner and he was very helpful and was coming out to rescue us - however we rang back and said he no longer needed to come out to us

Very clean and organised, convenient and very close to city centre and tourist spots

Lift wasn’t working going to the ground floor, we have to go Lower ground and take the stairs down. We have a toddler and a buggy

This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! It’s clean with a fully functioning kitchen with air fryer, dishwasher etc. A large space and so close to the York walls - it’s the perfect base for your trip. The main bed was very comfy, the second room (singles) could do with a mattress topper or option of in the wardrobe but we used the spare duvet. There’s a sofa bed in the lounge too if you needed it. Two bathrooms was very helpful when we’re all trying to get ready in the morning. The building itself is lovely and has lots of character. The gated access car park is great too - you can park up and walk everywhere in the city without worrying about your car.

The main bed was very comfy, the second room (singles) could do with a mattress topper or option of in the wardrobe but we used the spare duvet. The storage heaters downstairs never seemed to come on. We had to use the fan heaters for the lounge & kitchen area. The WiFi is not the strongest or fastest. The TV only had a couple of channels so used the streaming apps. Was ok it did buffer on multiple occasions so I wouldn’t recommend it if you need to work from there.

Perfect as we had young children with us. Had everything we needed for a great weekend away.

Found the key quickly from the description but trued to open the wrong electric gate but worked out out eventually... I stupidly assumed one side was an entry and the other was an exit., but might help to be clear that it's the left gate for idiots like me 😁
