We loved that this property had everything a normal home would have from towels and extra pillows to tea/coffee/sugar, all the utensils you could possibly want. And nice touches like bottles of water in the fridge with ice, A large screen tv with all the usual streaming services,comfy sofas. The staff were very helpful and polite.

The only thing for me is the bathroom was a tad tight for space. But then I am a larger person and it certainly wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

It was in the prefect location for the university that we was visiting with our daughter

Very very dirty, my daughter walk 5min on the floor ans this foot was totality Black.

Cosy, clean loved the tea, coffee and milk already in the fridge

Good instructions & communication. Easy to get to. Basic, but ok for a one night stay. Bed was comfortable. Overall value for money.

Property a little tired. Not as clean as I would have expected - dust & dirt in several places. Plus the hard floor had not been moped as there were dry blood spots in several places. Radiators obstructed by sofa in living room & by the curtains in main bedroom - this impeded the heat getting out into these rooms. Needs lined or black out curtains in bedrooms as light comes through the curtains early in the morning. No Salt & Pepper in kitchen.

Location was excellent to visit family. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen well equipped. Heating worked well.

The shower was terrible- the head and whole unit needs replacing. The bathroom ideally needs renovating to give more space- remove the bath, have a large shower unit across the end wall, and move the toilet next to the sink. Other renovations should be to the floor in the hallway- the boards slip at the bottom of stairs. Also edging of floor near kitchen is broken. And extension socket that tv plugs into has come away from the wall.

Lovely, clean, small but well equipped apartment in Southsea. Everything you needed for a short break. Quiet street. Perfect location, 15 mins walk from Fratton train station. An excellent base for visiting my daughter who is at the University. Excellent communication from the hosts, would happily book again.
