"Convenient and Clean."

The apartment was clean and not cluttered. There was fans provided, which helped keep us cool. The main bedroom was large with nice furnishings. Has a washing machine. Has wifi. Has a big smart television. Located near shops, restaurants, dockyards, sea front and train stations. (having a car is useful to get arround). Parking with the residents parking permits was great - able to park nearby. (each permit lasts 24 hours).

No means to dry clothes - could do with a drying rack. Bathroom is narrow - sitting on the toilet was rather cramped and we are less than average size. Small bedroom was bland in decor. Locals are noisy, shouting in the small hours and loud cars - Needed to keep windows closed at night.

Roomy with all necessity’s and easy paid for parking

Was not the cleanest, generally tidy but water marks everywhere and half cleaned dishes.

"Great value apartment for a small family"

Spacious apartment for our family of three. The kitchen is well equipped. The master bedroom is very roomy and airy. We appreciated the large TV with streaming apps and the comfy sofa. Parking was easy enough and the parking permits much appreciated. It's 35 mins walk to the historic dockyards or there is a bus which goes directly there and stops 2 minutes from the apartment. We had a great visit to Portsmouth and having the apartment made it so much more affordable as we could do our own breakfast and dinner. Great value and recommended.

I personally found the beds a bit on the soft side for me - others may disagree!
