2 bed 1st floor Apartment-own entrance & parking

I found parking easily late on a Saturday afternoon and used the parking permit supplied. It's a 15/20-minute walk to Waitrose to get supplies for dinner, Co-op was closer, but we wanted a bigger shop. The apartment entrance was on Margate Road up a flight of steps, has nice high ceilings, was cosy in the evening and we watched movies on the big flat screen TV. I had two things I needed support with, and the owner was really polite and helpful and sorted things out so quickly. It's a measure of good service when little issues are dealt with so promptly and politely.

Nothing - good value for money. Good location for us, as we just wanted something central, spacious for two adults and a teenager, with on-street parking and weren't worried about sea views, etc.

Apartment was clean and tidy. Friendly host with good communication. Comfortable beds and good kitchen. 5 in drive to beach area and town. Restaurants within walking distance.

The road outside is noisy so but manageable.

Perfect stay for us as a family. Really was a home from home. Everything that you need for a comfortable stay. And if there's a day where you want to just relax there's plenty of streaming services on the tv so there's something for everyone. Hoping to book again for the near future as we were gutted we had to leave!

Nothing that we didn't like. But the pillows could probably do with being changed, as they weren't the comfiest and mattress was very hard. But that isn't a negative as such for the property, but just personal preference for what I prefer, my partner found them comfortable enough. It didn't put a downer on our stay though.

Great little place, just what we needed for our one-night visit. Master bedroom is large, everything else is pretty compact but still had everything we would want. Parking was easy and the host provided a 24 hour permit. Furniture is comfortable. All in all a pleasant, conveniently located little flat :)

Bathroom is tiny! Everything else was fab.

Overall ideal for ashort stay.

A handrail on steps to bedroom would be useful for older people.

Rug in bathroom is dangerous. I fell over on it. It just slides across the floor. Standing up from the toilet you go flying. Id remove it

Good location, clean, loads of space and had all you needed. Good communication with the owner/landlord and was very helpful.
