As others have said is the loo is very tight against the bath. If a larger person it’s a bit of a tight fit

It was superb place. Completely spotless. It’s perfect place for someone who wants attend University of Portsmouth graduation. Probably it’s 15 min to Uni. Easy access. Great support from host. Definitely I’d book this again.

The flat is lovely, nice and clean and has everything you need. Perfect as well with parking as we got given a 24 hour permit so when we arrived we had 3 hours free parking before we came back and checked in. The location is near to the town and to where we went for dinner too. If you want to walk to the gunwarf quays and boats it takes about 25 minutes but there's also parking there so easy to drive too. Was a bit of noise with people walking past but we had the windows open a little and it didn't ruin our nights sleep. Also a fan in the bedrooms and it's right near a local shop too. Would definitely stay again
