Clean , good location, had everything we needed

Couldn’t get the shower to work

Beds dirty, one double bed and then a tiny single bed (more child size than fit for an adult), had small bugs in and very unclean, stains on mattress's. Found pubic hairs on the sheets. Toaster was filthy and kitchen very smelly and unclean, oven was extremely greasy. Did not stay due to how unclean this place was. Code to the keysafe was also wrong in the email, despite having a parking permit there was no parking spaces.

Location was fantastic it was more than perfect for what we needed it for. Close to Gunwharf, the beach and more. Loved that it had netflix so we could wind down in the evening on comfy sofas felt very homely Shower was fantastic Hosts were absolutely fantastic what amazing people polite always able to communicate with them!

As a plus size gal, the toilet was a little snug but would happily stay here on our next trip to Portsmouth

We couldn't open the bathroom window, no key. Hair on the bar of soap, which really should just be disposed of.

It was convenient that vouchers were provided for parking. The property has a washing machine, but didn’t appear to be a drier. Good wifi access.

Lots! 1/4 roll of toilet paper, ONE tissue in a box and no shampoo does not equal toiletries, especially for a two day stay. Smoke detector was sitting on window sill with battery not attached. The kitchen felt a little sticky - needs a deep clean- rest of property okay. The area was noisy - not from the property itself, but outside. We tried everything but couldn’t get the shower to work (used the bath) - issue mentioned in an earlier review. The bathroom is tiny. The plug in the kitchen sink wasn’t working- there was a plastic tub sitting in it like you’d use when camping! Some information on local attractions would be useful. Sadly, the property felt like a conglomeration of “stuff” not wanted anywhere else.

Clean and what we needed for a one night stay to visit Portsmouth uni. The parking permit provided was great as it meant we could stay parked near the clement even when we checked out to walk to the uni rather than get stuck in rush hr traffic trying to find another space to park:

The toilet was very close to the bath and the wall. Luckily we were all slim. Other than that it was a clean apartment and the beds were very comfortable.
