The location to the town and the sea front. It's a comfortable place, the shower was brilliant and the kitchen was adequately equipped.

The steps down to the apartment. Being an older person it would have been very helpful to have a hand rail attached to the wall. We had problems getting the TV to work and eventually logged into our amazon account. Thats OK if you have one but not good for people who don't.

The apartment has everything you need for staying for a short time. The location is just fantastic. Within a short time, you are either at the one or the other beach or on top of the hill with its castle.

Was just the right size for the two of us. Clean and easy to get to we’re you wanted to be.

Apart from the wall paper bubbling and pealing of the wall. And a small bit of paint on the wall that needed attention. Overall was very comfortable.

The Snug is more or less central for Scarborough and its attractions - just five minutes walk to the beach (even if the walk back is a lot steeper). And although the view from the bedroom window is not exactly inspirational, the view from the clifftop benches around the corner most definitely is. The bed was comfy and the off-street parking is a godsend.

There is a highchair provided - a thoughtful touch, although, given that I suspect it's unlikely anyone with a baby would be staying there, it was therefore just in the way most of the time. Also there is no mirror anywhere - one near the plug outside the bathroom would be useful for ladies drying their hair. The fan in the bathroom comes on when the light is switched on... but then stays on for a further ten minutes more once it's switched off, meaning using the bathroom at night will disturb other slumberers.
