Great location, spotless little place with great decor. Parking included, smart TV so could log into Netflix.

Just far enough away from town to feel above the hustle and near enough to enjoy the bustle. Step outside and Scarborough looks like a painting you want to dive into!

Nice location and easy 15 minute walk into town. Apartment was well appointed (apart from maybe some salt and pepper in kitchen) and parking out front handy

Room freshener smell was quite strong and can be a bit loud if upstairs neighbours are in.

Excellent location and had everything we needed for our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent location and parking was a major bonus.

this is a basement flat in an excellent location in Scarborough. Own parking space on site. Excellent wifi, great TV selection. Amazing views nearby. Reasonably well equipped with fridge, microwave and washing machine. Communication with the owner was great but I still could not get the heating to work despite his advice

Unfortunately there were many things that were disappointing for us. Being away for work there were some basic things missing/not right. There was no mirror in the bedroom. The only mirror was in the wet room shower room. The toilet was the other side of the shower in the wet room (I had taken flip flops with me but it was still annoying if wearing long trousers) The noise from people walking around upstairs was really loud and pretty consistent through the week the table and chairs were the wrong height if you wanted to work there the bedroom furniture was limited and the wardrobe itself had a broken back to it and not wide enough for too many clothes.

The location was good, being so close to both of the bays and the town.

You can hear the people in the apartment above when they are walking around. I would suggest putting a handrail on the wall to assist people down the steps to the front door.

Everything from booking until leaving all of the snug was lovely, clean and comfortable. Ideal location. Very clean apartment.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable and unstable. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to family bereavement but we will rebook and return

Noise from upstairs as they had children running around, I understand nothing can be done about this. Living room window blind would not come down
