Margate Sunset Retreat - Direct Sea Views

Nice self-catering flat at a beautiful location - with Sea view just above the Strokes Adventure Golf course - perfect for minigolfers! The main sleeping room is large and well equipped, the second sleeping room is more a room for children, but the beds were ok, we could sleep well. Well equipped kitchen - everything worked. Heating and windows a bit old fashioned, but the heating warms the rooms up although you can't adjust the heating in the rooms, only for the whole flat. Bathroom was clean and ok, shower works. Wifi works well. There is a DVD player, also able to play audio CDs, with a great selection of DVDs. We saw lots of toys for children.

Would be nice to be able to adjust the heatings in every room.

Dripping tap in kitchen, it was quite loud!

The view from the living room window was amazing!!! Location was brilliant, such a quick walk onto Margate's main beach and all of the main attractions. The flat was lovely, was so nice to come home to our own space everyday.

The only thing I can think of is the curtain in the main bedroom is very light so let's the sun through very early in the morning.

The location was brilliant. The front room over looks the sea and you could literally spend all day staring our of the window watching the world go by. The apartment is a 5 min walk to the main beach and 10 mins from the town centre.

Nothing, there was everything we needed for a great weekend away.
