Great location

Recieved email on morning of arrival giving me details of where to park, key code, where house was, WiFi etc and all easy to follow The bed was so comfy, pillow, duvet, blanket, sofa all comfy. Nice decor just a nice apartment to have stayed in.

The only thing my daughter and I said was the shower pressure was poor, that was our only fault.

Very good central location. Comfortable large apartment with wi fi, everything we needed. Good shower,

No hot water.

A very large flat, in a great location with a very comfortable bed. Shower good too. Having sugar and condiments left for our use was a nice touch.

Couldn't get any hot water to wash up or have a bath. I resorted to boiling the kettle or using the shower. Could do with a good clean and dust.

To summarise the positives- -Check in/out fine and worked well -Great location. -Nice town with plenty of decent pubs and restaurants to choose from -Free parking off main street near Flemish cottages worked well - electric shower worked fine

Negatives...... To summarise my partner and I would describe this as sub-standard although I have listed plus points/likes above, so not all negative. My partner booked this for our New Years break and while we initially read some of the previous reviews, in all honesty, we thought that these would have been addressed and rectified between period of initial booking and arrival-alas not which in all honesty, and from a business perspective, I struggle to comprehend..... -Apartment is tired in most places and requires refurb-has bags of potential. -Leak from kitchen sink with water collecting in washing-up bowl in cupboard. Bowl was full of waste water and required emptying! -No hot water available (apart from the electric shower). No instructions available to operate immersion heater to generate hot water! -Heating in lounge not great so had to use fitted electric fire to boost -Bed soft and springy -No ice compartment in fridge -lounge furnishings to tired and in need of replacing. -Coins found on lounge carpet in various areas so unsure if/when the floor was hoovered prior to our arrival.? -No dishwashing sponge/cloth left to enable us to wash-up (detergent provided) so had to purchase from nearby Co-Op.! -Two washing-up sponges located around the toilet waste-unsure why,other than to potentially soak-up leak?
