Elegant 2 BR Apartment in Historic Cambridge

Great facilities and intensels , washing machine, dish washer (never used it though) iron, wifi, good seating area

Not enough cutlery or frying pans and toilet flush button doesn’t work well atall

Lovely apartment in a residential block of flats. Was a good standard and central for visiting family. Could have left instructions for heating as it was a bit chilly on a morning.

The oven didn’t work so wasn’t able to cook

When I booked this apartment few weeks in advance I requested an early check in through Booking.com and received a message confirming that is agreed. However, did not receive any communication untill the check-in date. Sent a booking.com message and didn't get a reply in the morning of check-in which was agreed to happen at 12. Owner answered the phone after few attempts and informed that 12 noon check in is not possible around 11am. This put me and my family in significantly difficult sitiation as I had other commitments to attend and hat to travel far. Only received check in instructions close to 3pm at which point I was far away as I had planned and the access to the aprtment is through service access into the apartment complex which did not work out of hours when I arrived. Had to find an alternative accomidation in the midle of the night. Also the radiators were not working properly when I accesed the property next morning and there was no instructions at all about that or wi-fi etc as usually provided in a welcome message. No instructions in which areas we are allowed to park in parking lot in the apartment complex which are allocated for different properties. When complained about the lack of instructions the response from the owner was "I can't write these details to every guest" which was shoking Was very dissapointing and were not feeling comfortable and safe to stay so left the accomodation after finding an alternative within few hours.

Absolutely horrible

This holiday flat was absolutely disgusting and dirty. Dirt everywhere, even in the fridge. No breakfast despite booked, no working toilet flushing, broken heating, more dirt and no one care despite several attempts. Stay away at all costs!

Bed extremely comfortable and quiet

Breakfast very poor not good date. There needs to be instructions on how to use facilities especially toilet and shower. Doors very poorly opened catching on carpet etc. No one there to meet poor instructions to get in.

Great location, super clean! Great decor, comfortable beds, lovely living room and kitchen! Fantastic flat! Great desk to work at! Staff are lovely and super helpful if you have any issues. Already booked again for January, March and April 2024👍 Highly recommended to everyone.

There was nothing that I didn’t like! I really enjoyed my stay!
