Host & Stay - The Gallery Apartments

Location was great.

Cleanliness wasn't great. Towels were dirty. Bathroom needed cleaning. Couch was filthy. Hallways leading up to the room was very dirty.

Location good for town centre. Railway station nearby for cheap parking. Apartment was well equipped with 2 double beds.

On arrival chips (as in the food type) and found on nest of tables in the living area. Underside of dishes/plates dirty. Few stains on bed cushions. Holes in bed linen. If contractors are being used then maybe a quiet word is needed.

The location was good and the apartment overall were nice

The toaster didn’t work, the shower head weren’t working, mould in the cupboards which was then found on plates and the wifi was absolutely terrible.

Aldi across the rd and witherspoon round the corner.

No parking so we had to pay an extra £10 a day to leave the car elsewhere and walk to the accommodation. No reply to emails during our stay. Dirty communal area and bathroom very grubby. White shower curtain has turned orange. No essential items such as washing up liquid, cling film etc. One towel for the duration of stay. 3 flights of steep stairs to climb, so beware if disabled.

Wasn't exceptionally clean. The kitchen and bathroom were dirty and the floors hadn't been hoovered. Had to clean the bath before use as it was filthy and had hair in it. Quite a lot of sitting dust on skirtings. Could do with being deep cleaned.

All good, it's a very nice flat, with everything you need for a holiday stay.

Stairs to the flat and up into the second bedroom are really steep and narrow. We were ok, but it's not suitable for people with mobility issues.

We would have liked more hand towels. The kitchen only had the very basics. The cups and some of the cutlery were dirty and the toaster did not work. On the plus side the bed was lovely but we were surprised there wasn’t a mattress protector on it, it was already getting stained and I would have thought that would have been a priority on such a good bed.

Excellent location clean and tidy place good communication easy to check in 4min walk from the main train station very quiet and peaceful place good customer support I highly recommend this gust house
