location, proximity to high street and beaches, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds.

The property wasn’t cleaned properly. The toilet rim was dirty, the carpet wasn’t cleaned and hoovered. We kept finding garbage under the sofa, on the carpet and other places around. There’s black mould around the bathtub. Dining table is far away from the kitchen (it’s near the bathroom) and have to cross the entire living room. The blinds were broken in one of the bedrooms. Top 3rd floor, narrow staircase and almost none existing landing area. It’s the same managing company that let Old Cottage in Whitby, which we loved. So we were quite shocked to find this apartment in Scarborough in such a poor condition.

Perfect located for train station and city centre especially with my dad being 79. Located next Aldi and other shops too for essentials on evening too.

The location was soo handy,right near the train station and town and an Aldi just 5 minutes walk,I loved the lay out of the property and how their was an attic room with a sky light, I loved where the bathroom was and how it was downstairs,the sofabed was great too. How it had everything I needed and the decorations etc.

The water was too hot!! And out the back it looks dirty and smelt but I didn’t look out or smell it so didn’t cause any problem and very minor detail,

The property hadn’t been cleaned. There was around 10 dead blue bottle flies on the carpet & now in the bathroom. Tried msg host on a number of occasions but no reply
