"Poor"

Property did not live up to expectations,ask for courtyard apartment got a flat roof smoking are full of debris,health and safety issues in bathroom, dirty utensils a very unclean oven, broken bedroom door handle with sharp edge, stained hall carpet in flat and broken stair trip hazard please get in touch if you want to know more information , Elaine Robinson .

"Poor venue"

LEAVE WELL ALONE : I have leukaemia and C.O.P.D On entering property, stinking of dampness which affected me. carpets stained and cigarette burns. Dining chairs stained, drawer in fridge broken. Ice box frozen over, oven in cooker filthy, cobwebs on bathroom ceiling, hole in bedroom wall. Back yard littered with cigarette ends. Complained to letting agency ( luke stays ) . No satisfactory outcome. All I got was apology and team working on it . Pictures and video as proof NOT value for money and poor
