Limited space for parking. The secure key code safe was located in the dust bin shed. Upon our arrival, the apartment was smelling, unclean, bin in the kitchen area was half-full. The mattress in the first room was full of a horrible stench, with a huge stain on the mattress. Because of all of this inconvenience, we kindly contacted the management team asking for a refund on part of the original price, in which we paid for two bedrooms, whilst one bedroom was not used because of the mess on the mattress. We are unahappy that they haven't gotten back to us regarding this issue. This service has been atrocious.

I did not even stay in the property the hygen of the place was so poor I had to arrange alternative accommodation for me and my son the property is nothing like the advertised accommodation and now they won't even acknowledge my messages regarding a refund disgraceful customer service and a disgraceful property avoid at all costs

The whole apartment was in disgusting condition there are some sort of fluid stains on the walls throughout. Cigarette burns fron front door all the way through the carpeted areas the sofa which is meant ro be a blue colour has yellow stains where the dirt is just accumulated I wouldn't even walk into the bedrooms I left imidietly even where the keys are for the property are stored is a disgusting Binshed

everything was dirty, broken chairs, radiators not working, place stinks, shower stream like non existent

The customer service was absolutely terrible, they communicated through WhatsApp - when travelling to the location they were not giving fast and detailed replies. I was forced to pay an extra £200 damage waiver although I had already paid a £35 damage waiver from their previous system that they have now left! They had no record of my previous payment. The whole stay was pretty despicable. The amount paid for the apartment and the extra charged are DEFINITELY NOT worth the stay. Once arrived I looked and recorded how they had left the room for us and they was holed in the walls, paid on the bed, the plated/cups were dusty. Chips/cracks on all services. An absolutely outrageous damage waiver amount for the state of the room was already in! I would definitely not recommend staying here. SHOCKING!!

it was unclean. nothing like photos. no heating. carpet dirty, holes in walls. bins was full. kitchen dirty .

The heating was broken they were informed on the first night and they didn't get it fixed
