The TV didn’t work The flat was incredibly cold There were multiple stains on the carpets and walls The sink is blocked in the kitchen I was charged £100 more than the advertised price Now I’ve just learned that the security deposit is going to take 14 days to be returned.

All of it. Please keep away as this flat is disgustingly dirty. The carpets haven’t been cleaned, the walls are full of marks and stains, the settee looks like a wet dog has been sleeping on it for 2 years and for knows what the white stains are on it. The kitchen is manky with stained all up the walls, the freezer hasn’t been cleaned, the worktop has scorch marks on it and it looked like a tramp had been living there. On top of that and after turning up with 3 young children I had to Find somewhere else quickly and I have asked for my money back. The have refused and said we offered you a bigger apartment which the space wasn’t the problem it was the cleanliness. They also didn’t have enough bed linen for all 5 of us. Now they are saying they don’t take the £100 damage waiver when it has been taken out of my account. These Luke stay are scammers so keep away. I have asked for my money back and they are refusing so please keep away from LUKE STAYS ( scammers) I am Also not sure how booking .com are actually advertising these people as they normally have a good name so if you read this you need to investigate this. Ruined my family’s Christmas 😞😞😞😢

I didn’t it was like a squat

The hole flat was dirty walls were filthy Brought food to cook and couldn’t even do that no trays or anything to cook the oven was filthy no pans you would not want to take your shoes off I dread to think what the mattress was like, as I didn’t sleep there, I wouldn’t know, but you can imagine I was in the flat 10mins before I left and booked a hotel I tried to call owners no answer so I emailed them wile I was in the flat did not reply till1300 next day refused refund so I will take this to court

Absolutely stank of tobacco smoke in every room !!! Couldn't get access when we arrived because there was no key in the lock box, took over an hour to gain entry. Area is very rough, young kids running about outside till all hours throwing stones and just generally being a nuisance round my van!! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you like to sit on the settee smoking all night!! Horrendous.

not a lot really had to phone owner 2 times for the pin for the key lock and a woman in next apartment had the same to trouble ,internet and tv not working

Nothing was good about the location, accommodation, cleanliness or facilities I want my money back, came home early, it was supposed to be a family holiday but it turned into a nightmare. Was nothing like the photos, totally dilapidated

the property was clean and well maintained and the customer support was excellent,they are very helpful. the best part was the balcony. i like the location as well although its a little bit far from Newcastle but it has great public transport option.

just wished there were locks on the bathroom
