Minster's Reach Apartments -Stylish City-Centre Retreat's

Location was superb. Bed, bathroom, kitchen, apartment design were efficient and functional. The rental.worked exceptionally well for our extended stay.i

A few minor equipment and instruction issues were noticed—-owner was informed.

Clean, tidy, well presented, brilliant location

This was our third time staying in this apartment. It is perfect location for York City centre, only a short walk from York Minster and the shops and streets around it. Even though there is a busy road and people walking past the entrance gate all the time, the actual apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful with very little noise from outside making its way in. The apartment itself is lovely and spacious, very clean and faultless. It has everything you need and is very comfortable for your stay. We love this location and is slowly becoming a home from home when we want to visit York 😊

Light & bright. Close to towns

Pillows for sofa bed should be binned, are badly stained. Avge duvet. Floor mat is pretty grubby.

neighbours in surrounding apartment trying door to get in then knocking as they wanted to know if we had spare blankets!! not at 2:00 am

The location is excellent - just a few minutes' walk from the Minster, and shops. Grocery shops very close and open late. The apartments were well laid out and more spacious than they looked in the photos. Queries were dealt with promptly.

The dining room chairs were stained. Cat poo in courtyard had not been cleaned away. Guest information out of date (e.g. there was no 'welcome pack' of chocolate or gin as described on website/in folder and the heating controls are not as described.) Heating was hard to control - the only way to reduce (as it was rather hot) seemed to be to turn off completely as the minus button didn't seem to do anything. A high chair was not available (although travel cot was - thanks.)
