The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk into York city centre.

We found the bedding uncomfortable as there was no mattress cover and an ill-fitting flat sheet that came off during the night, so we were sleeping on a bare mattress.

"Plush modern apartments within walking distance of the historic city centre"

Apartments were in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants. Bedrooms were of good size with good natural light and good amenities. The bathroom was a very high spec and the shower was a very good water pressure. Check in and check out instructions were easy to comply with and the host was easily contactable via messaging through booking.com

One suggestion could be the condition of the sofa bed on apartment 4 probably calls for it to be replaced soon. The slats and mattress weren't in the best condition. The person who slept on it commented it as being uncomfortable. All other beds were fine though, so this would be a minor adjustment.

Easy to check in and out, perfect location for city centre.

The parking facilities. We were told it was £13.50 a day and ended up spending £22 a day which ended up at £44 parking for us during our stay. The spare duvet had stains on.

Great location, 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants. Lovely clean, modern apartment with all essential amenities.

We were a party of 6 people, staying in flat 4. There are 2 bedrooms, one bigger, with a set of drawers in and the other with just hooks on the wall. Then in the living room was a sofa bed, to sleep 2. Unfortunately, this turned out to be so uncomfortable, that the couple sleeping on it had hardly any sleep! Not good! The other matter was the parking. This was ideal, right next to the apartments, but turned out to be very expensive.
