Great location, easy access and good directions. Very clean and modern. Very comfortable

The only thing i could have asked for was a duvet cover for the sofa bed duvet and the pillows were a little worn but very small details.

Very close to the main tourist centre. 5 minute walk to Restaurants, Bars, Shops. Excellent location. At the same time, very quiet and very safe. Clean. Nice communication.

The position was fantastic and handy for car park and walking into the centre.

Unfortunately the smell in the bedroom was pungent from a damp and mouldy bed base and vallance sheet. Once I called having been out of the property lots and initially not knowing where the smell could be coming from, they moved us immediately to the other apartment. We didn’t receive a welcome pack and the glasses weren’t clean.

A great location to explore York, near to lots of shopping and pubs

The apartment wasn't very guest friendly; heating directions were obscure; sofa bed mattress was thin;only 3 large glasses, not enough cutlery. The staff weren't very helpful.

Bedding was very clean and beds comfortable, lovely bathroom and shower. Appreciated the safety of a locked door on the courtyard as a single mum with 4 children.

Not enough side plates to use for lunch e.g sandwiches etc. Very few tumblers and those that were there were missed matched.

The apartments were beautiful and super clean. We had 3 of them and it was like our own little private complex, perfect for a hen weekend. Couldn’t fault the apartments and they are well-equipt with everything you need!

The parking is super expensive and complicated. The app tried making us pay £88 for 2 days, but we ended up paying £20 a day.
