Minster's Reach Apartments -Stylish City-Centre Retreat's

We liked the moderness of the property,the location, all the little extras. The only things that let it down was, not been able to get on the internet, even after several conversations with the owner. i have terminal cancer and didnt sleep very good as every time i entered the bedroom it set me of coughing. There was a damp smell in the bedroom and it was also thick with dust, especially the headboard.

Parking costs £20 per day more than the advertised £12.50..but other than that, a great apartment and great location

Overall, a Lovely Flat but with Some Issues

We recently stayed at this apartment and, overall, it’s a lovely flat and very clean. However, we encountered a few issues that impacted our stay: 1. The bedding for the sofa bed was missing, including the bedsheet, so we had to use the duvet cover to cover the mattress. 2. We reached out to management about this, but didn’t receive a reply until the next morning. We also had trouble sending a follow-up message as it seemed our texts weren't going through. 3. When we tried to use the duvet without a cover, we found several large stains on it (I have a photo). This led us to use shower towels for the night instead. 4. There was also a limited supply of towels and toilet rolls, which made our stay less comfortable. While we appreciated the offer of a discount for a future visit, we’re unsure when we’ll be back in York. Despite these issues, the apartment's cleanliness and decor were lovely. However, we hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Very good location, a few minutes walk to the city centre.

Location is amazing, apartment modern and wasn’t expecting tea bags fairy liquid to be supplied very clean lovely stay

The one thing that wasn’t great was the pillows really needed replaced but I couldn’t fault anything else at all

I was one of a group of 10, having arranged 3 of the 4 flats as accommodation. I found the flats to be exceptionally clean and well presented. They were well equipped and very comfortable. A perfect location for a trip to York, given that they are within a short walk of the city centre.
