The apartment was very clean and tidy. Very homely and decorated very well. Had everything we needed and was 5 mins walk to the shops and beach. Will definitely book again. The owner answered any questions we had very quickly and their online guide to the apartment was very helpful.

Ermmmm... Nothing we didn't like.

Lovely apartment, very clean, well equipped, very comfortable super king bed, great decor, brilliant location for beach, cafes, bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again of went back to Saltburn.

Check in 4.00pm No complementary toiletries as advertised, not a major issue as Sainsburys over the road.

The apartment is lovely and looks great. The kitchen and living area is cozy and the sofa is comfy.

The bed is very hard and the pillows are very thin. Not our preference on sleeping.

Lovely basement apartment in the heart of Saltburn. In very close proximity to numerous bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants. There is a Spar and a Sainsbury's within a 3 minute walk and a railway station ( trains to Middlesboro etc) just as close. Free parking right outside the door...

The only minor niggle would be that we weren't able to get the heated towel rail to operate.

The only thing that satisfied us was that the weather in Saltburn was fine that day, and it had nothing to do with the hotel.

The air quality in this room is extremely poor. If you want to catch lung cancer or get tuberculosis, this is the place for you. The kitchenware in the kitchen has a musty smell. And the most important thing is that this room is actually in a basement, with no sunlight at all. Passengers who want to live in a dungeon can choose this (and the situation of this basement was something we didn't know in advance). The landlord's service is extremely poor. This is the worst part. After booking, we couldn't agree on the check-in and check-out times. I said I wanted to cancel the order, but the landlord didn't agree. I changed all my schedules according to his forced check-in time (he even wouldn't allow me to store my luggage). Finally, the check-out was only a few minutes late, and I was charged the full room rate for the entire day again! Oh! In addition, the cleaning fee for their apartment also needs to be paid separately!!
