Private annex to Victorian villa, with kitchen and Free parking

Ideal for single traveller or a couple. Well kept, warm and cosy.

My partner and I loved staying with Leila and Andy for the weekend! We were well looked after and the Annex is beautiful, equipped with everything you need.

Very comfortable convenient and welcoming

Fabulous little place as a base for a walking holiday. Lots of lovely routes around. Great food & drink options in Todmorden. Very comfy bed. Great shower. Annex is warm and cosy. Nice to have a microwave if needed. Lovely and quiet.

Excellent little place with friendly hosts, nice to have cooking facilities and travel cot set up ready. We also enjoyed meeting the chickens who layed our eggs :)

The parking was a little tight, not sure I could have reversed out but hubby did OK

The annex is a smashing little property, host (Andy) met us when we arrived with the key, there was a pint of milk in the fridge along with a couple of eggs and muffins for breakfast. Bed was comfy and it was spotless. Great location only 10 minute walk from bus station and supermarket (though walking up that hill on the way back pulled on the hamstrings!). We'd chosen Todmorden for proximity to a couple of places we wanted to visit (Singing Ringing Tree and Pendle area) and it was perfect

This isn't a dislike, but the private parking at the back of the property was a bit of a tight squeeze when/if the host's vehicle was also there, but there's sufficient on street parking so when we went out in the car the next day, we left our car on the street on our return

Andy was there to meet us on arrival, explained everything and gave suggestions of places to eat. Really friendly and accomodating. It's so peaceful and although the annexe is small it has everything you need for a short stay. The eggs from the rescue hens, English muffins and oat milk were a lovely touch. Location was perfect, 15 min walk to Tod and it's so peaceful.

No toiletries other than hand wash, but it's our own fault as we didn't check beforehand.
