Private annex to Victorian villa, with kitchen and Free parking

Perfect location. Lovely owners and ideal for a weekend away.

The location was perfect for me, on a quiet street near the town centre, but within easy proximity to superb countryside walks. Andy and Leila were really helpful with directions and information about the area, and had left eggs, muffins and milk for my arrival. Andy met me to show me around and then I was left to my own devices (which is how I like it) but they were on the other end of the phone if needed. The annexe consists of a small kitchen with tea and coffee and condiments, microwave and everything needed to prepare simple meals. The portable hobs are a great idea for those of us who don't want to be totally dependent on a microwave. There is a large porch area for wet clothing and boots, a great shower and a comfortable bed. An Ordnance Survey page had been provided for reference which was really useful. The whole stay was perfect - I would definitely book again.

Everything was top notch. There was even a locked porch to store my bike keeping it safe and accessible.

Andy was a very welcoming host 😊 the location was ideal for our 1 night stay in Todmorden. Annex was very clean, nice touch that we were given fresh eggs from their own hens! muffins and a bottle of milk.
