Good heating system. Good shower. Problems were attended to promptly.

More attention to detail is needed regarding the freshness of bedding and towels. Parking was awkward.

"Very small choice in todmorden so we have to take what’s available ."

We had an egg and muffin each for breakfast on the first day.

Free parking was taken up with abandoned vehicles. Not very clean. Musty mould smell. Shower room/ toilet vent not working. Towels were smelly.no effort by owners!

The facilities were great, lovely kitchen with all you could need. Fresh eggs, milk & muffins on arrival were lovely. Beds were very comfortable and shower great.

Very friendly and warm welcome on arrival. Also had milk, muffins and eggs left for me which was a really nice touch. Quiet location and walking distance to Todmorden centre.

The bed linen and towels could do with a refresh as didn’t feel as clean and soft as they could be. A couple of dead bugs in the bathroom lampshade but only noticeable at night when light was on, need to remember this is in the countryside. Everything else was great.
