The Court Yard Apartment - Fantastic location!

Instructions on the shower as we struggled to figure out the hot water and also better WiFi but recognise that depends on location

The outside space needed to be cleaned, cigarette ends and grubby. Need a new mattress on the king-size bed

Lovely view once upstairs. Clean, cosy and homely. Comfy bed. Spacious. Gorgeous bathroom.

Just the steps can be a little cumbersome due to having dogs, but that cannot be helped. They need fixing before the winter comes as will be dangerous with some tile chipped away/on the steps. Not been able to leave dogs in the apartment, especially if well behaved.

Everything was clean, very spacious, good location as close to the beach , and pet friendly 😀

Very clean, comfortable & convenient for both bays. Stayed with grandchildren during summer holidays and was great to have separate bedrooms, living room with TV + kitchen, for little more than cost of a family hotel room.

Just need to be aware that it's a basement apartment and there are about 10 steps down to the entrance.

Location was spot on

Towels and bedding smelt a bit doggy. Dodgy bedroom door handle, luckily my girlfriends daughter was only trapped for a minute or two. Strange vibration noises from rooms above.....but apart from that, a pleasant stay. Location wins

Location, very modern and comfortable

The only issue was the wifi wasn’t great and the phone service didn’t work very well.

Excellent communication from the holiday lettings company before, during and after our stay. Comfortable, clean and spacious inside the apartment and tasteful and modern decor and furnishings. Situated in a good location for the town and also both North and South bay beaches. There is little of a view from inside, as this is a basement apartment, but once you exit the property it’s a spectacular view of the north beach, castle, etc. Parking isn’t guaranteed but we always managed to get a space on the road close to the apartment. Would definitely stay here again and I found it good value for money.

The outdoor area needs a clean as there are lots of cobwebs, etc. The fitting in the shower cubicle that holds the shower head up is coming away and needs fixing. Getting down the steps to the property is quite tricky if you are not very mobile or have a pram, but once you are inside everything is on one level.
