"Disappointing and spoilt my short break to Bath."

Clean and tidy small flat. Easy access to keys. Very local Tesco express for shopping.

Inaccurate and misleading description of location! 'Parallel to railway track' - double track is approx 4ft away/ below bedroom window. 'Daytime trains' - passenger and diesel freight trains/ trucks run virtually all night. "Slight rumble' - extremely noisy and unable to sleep! Moved to lounge to sleep - very busy main road outside window. Not much better. VERY NOISY LOCATION FOR FLAT. Disappointed. Had to move to another location and incurred more expense!

"Great location for historic Bath"

The location was perfect for City and University. The main room (lounge and kitchen) was spacious and well equipped.

The main trainline is very close to number 17 and you can hear them but to be fair, the noise wasn’t too bad for us. Also, we could have done with a small hand towel and a second set of keys so we could split up and come and go more easily. I would also suggest changing the shower curtain with a glass panel.

The hosts made accessing the accommodation very easy, no hassles, and it is in a lovely location. Everything in the accommodation was working and the instructions left by the hosts were good. They also left good info about things to do locally, where to eat etc. The bed was quite comfortable.

Pillows were a bit hard I prefer a dark bedroom, and quite a lot of light came in in the morning. The shower was a bit weak and the temperature fluctuated.
