Price and location were fantastic. The bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom had everything you need. The room had a fan, hairdryer and fridge. Down the corridor was an area with iron, washing machine and dryer.

Was very central for us, close to the town and train station. We were there for a gig at St James Park and it was only a couple of minutes away from that which was perfect for us. Was lovely and clean, very welcoming and explained everything to us. Great for the price as well. Would definitely recommend.

Location is fantastic

Old, shower controls need fixing as water was either too hot or cold.

The location is in an area where there are many restaurants. It’s just an eight-minute walk from the train station. Shopping center is also just a few minutes from the property. It has a lift which is really perfect for travelers with a huge luggage like me. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

I expected more space. You don’t have a lot of space to move around. The bed occupies most of it. For travelers who have a lot of stuff, this is something to consider. But personally, it’s totally alright since I was traveling solo. There are things that could be improved for a much better experience for upcoming guests.

Single glazed window which was not a good fit. It banged in a breeze until I stuffed a towel in it. Consequently there was a fair bit of noise from the street. The safety device preventing the window from opening was broken. Dodgy if you had a child in the room.
