Good value for location Tea coffee hot chocolate and water nice touch Generally clean and dust free, but let down by mattress protectors having stains on it

Looks tired, skirting boards paint off all over, tired Looking bedding, stains on mattress protector, wallpaper application shocking, poor quality finishing to most things Bath Mat was soaking wet when stood on, so obviously left from previous people as we didn’t use shower to wet it Wouldn’t take much to improve standard
