The location, facility and value for money

Could have done with a work table but still excellent.

Location is great for shopping and civic hall , plenty of restaurants in area. Bed was clean and comfortable

Shower couldn't be adjusted, it was either scalding hot or freezing cold and nothing in between so unusable & wasn't fixed while we were out as we asked. Room was a bit hot & no aircon. Fan provided but bearings had gone & was super loud so couldn't be left on at night. No tv in room.

Right in the centre of town. Easy contact with the host and key collection. Fridge in the room.

Cold in the room when we first arrived. Had to ask about heating. Scuffed paintwork. Missmatch bedding. Very hot shower.

Good location with a secure entrance with a clean and tidy room

A bit picky, but the shower drain was not very good in the wet room.

Teas, coffee and milk in room. Location is good for city centre and we stayed Sat night at lower price than elsewhere.

As others say, this is a strange building made into apartments on the cheap. Main door locked behind as entered and only dark lift access. No TV, no bedside tables and scuffed and battered decor. Standing mirror was just propped against the wall. Linen unmatched and all felt dirty. Communal kitchen had a bad smell - but we didn't plan to use anyway.

Location was ok

The room is very scruffy and in desperate need of a refurb, there was no hot water in the morning so could not use shower. Also no tv in room 😕

Nice and quiet and clean. Was close to the town and local hotspots.
