The location was perfect as very central. The staff at the location to collect and drop off keys were very polite and friendly as was the host himself. The bed was comfy as was the pillows available.

The heating in the room we couldn't get to work so it was fairly cold with no extra blankets. There wasn't sufficient toilet roll available and I feel there should have been another mirror in the actual room available however this is personal preference.
