Nicely presented, clean and quiet.

Excellent location and had everything I needed for a single night stay. Staff were very helpful.

Slightly cold and couldn’t get the radiator to work

The room had everything I needed, the mini fridge was also handy. It's in a great, quiet location. Collecting and returning keys was easy. At a very good price as well.

The location was fantastic and couldn’t be better.

Lift did not work initially, sink was blocked. Heating was very hot. Skylight had to be opened as it was stifling hot, but this had to be closed when it began to rain! Fortunately when we returned it was cooler. Small improvements such as matching pillows and duvet would make the difference and wallpaper stuck down properly, skirting repainted. Room was tired looked. The reception area was stacked with tables, equipment and chairs etc.. so clearly work in progress. I just managed to return the keys in the key safe but it was tricky. There was no handle to the main slide door making it difficult and awkward to close. The building does look like it’s being renovated, so these small things are very likely to improve naturally.

No TV in the room Decor was not very good

Location was excellent. It was decent room with kettle, tee and coffee and a fridge with 2 water bottles inside. The common kitchen was alright. Had what I needed to cook myself meals though not sure the microwave worked as it took 5 min to warm up a pasta meal (still not hot). Bathroom was a good size and the heating was excellent. The room was also clean.

The first thing I noticed was that the towels did not seem clean. one was stained and looked dirty to me. The next thing was the shower, it was very low power and very very hot. The shower controls only made the temperature scolding hot. So taking showers was not easy. Then it was the bed and the pillows. After the first night my neck, back everything hurt so much I had to go and buy myself a decent pillow to avoid the pain getting worse. Im not sure the fire scape routes would work in an emergency as the only way to reach the room was to use the small lift. And lastly the fridge made a noise sometimes that woke me up.

Very good communication. Great location.

24H powerful heating room is clean with good view.

kettle is not clean enough, so I didn't use it. there is no desk or table in the room.
