Loved the location and the quirkiness of the property and the beds were comfy

Kept awake all night with upstairs banging, talking and walking around. The place realy needs to consider soundproofing the room. Also ceilings too low, couldn't get the bath working and the smell of damp when we walking in wasn't plesant

Upstairs kept us awake all night dragging chairs and slamming doors from 10 half 10 pm clock till half 8 am left really tired

The location was good,the flat was good in all fairness

Couldn't get the shower to work so had to have baths which is ok if I'd known about it I could have made more time for it. The toilet and sink being in a separate room to the bath took some getting used to.

I found the apartment quite quirky and unique. It was lovely and clean and very homely. If you like posh then its not for you. The beds were really comfortable and there was a travel cot for my baby(this was in excellent condition)my baby slept all night. The location was fab. After leaving I had to ring the lady who owns it as I'd left something behind, she answered first time and was very friendly and helpful, I just popped back to get my item. The ceilings are low,I am 5ft 6 and could stand comfortable,my grandson is 5ft 8 and had to bend his head in certain areas, we thought this was quite funny. There was welcome biscuits and plenty tea and coffee which was very appreciated😊 Overall we really enjoyed our night at whitby wave breaker. Thankyou

There was a very slight smell of damp but with the air freshners we could hardly smell it,there was a dehumidifier on when we arrived. There was no sink do had to wash pots in the bathroom so if having a long stay this could be a bit of a pain. It did not bother me as we were only there for 1 night.

We had a great stay at the lovely property and will be looking to book again in the future.

Location - easy walk into town/to beech.

We booked 2 nights but could only stay 1 as it was so bad. It wasn't clean... fakenail in carpet, cobwebs, dirty mirrors, dusty. It was damp and the air freshners left around made our throats dry. The noise!!! You could hear everything upstairs till the early hours. At one window, glass blocks were used meaning you could hear all of outside and they had no curtains so light level was high at night. At the other window was a communal yard where people were smoking at all hours turning the light on. The height is low mostly everywhere.. you can't stand in the shower. The email made it seem there were some low spots but they were everywhere.
