Woodsmill Quay Apartments

An excellent place to stay. Access is easy yet secure. The apartment is cosy and comfortable.

Location is great

The dishes and pans were dirty on arrival, the hot water didn't work unless "boost" was selected the shower had almost 0 pressure. A pretty worn-out apartment; would not stay here again.

The location was excellent! Just a few mins walk into the centre. The communication from the owners was excellent and super friendly! Felt like home from home, comfy beds, safe building and spacious. Would definitely recommend!

Needs brighter bulbs in the bedrooms as getting ready to go out was a dark challenge 🤣 Would be great if the TV was smart so you could log in to Netflix etc as we had hoped for a movie night on night 1, but we just found something on the free view channels. The rest of the time we were out in York, so no big deal!

L'emplacement idéal car proche du centre ville à pied mais aussi de la gare et du musée National Railway. 2 chambres (1 lit double et 2 lits simples)confortables, une salle de bain avec sèche serviette. Cuisine équipée avec lave linge (sèche linge en même temps). Salon/salle à manger idéal pour manger tranquillement.

Légèrement sale(cheveux dans la douche et cuvette des toilettes) en arrivant mais des broutilles surtout si nous voulons arriver avant l'heure prévue et autorisée par les hôtes donc comprendre que le ménage soit plus rapide. Difficile de faire sécher les vêtements qui ne peuvent pas aller dans le sèche linge mais superflue.

Excellent location 5 minutes walk to centre of town in a quiet location Comfy bed and clean sheets

Coffee cup rings on bedside units and table in lounge. Dusty bedside lamps. Only 2 bath towels in front bedroom no hand towel so had to share with friends. Could do with a laminate advising how to switch hot water on, towel rail on and basic instructions for appliances. We had to read through the manufacturers handbook to get dishwasher working, didn't use washing machine.

The apartment was lovely and homely. Great location. We could not fault it

The apartment was in a really good area, within walkable distance to the city centre and bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained.

There was nothing really to dislike.

A little note explaining how to her hot water would be helpful especially as its requested we wash up before we leave. Maybe suggest that you mention it us not a river view
