"I would book it again as it gavenn no us all we needed for a short stay"

It’s in an area that’s just in the edge of everything but still quiet enuf at night

No hot water in the kitchen or bathroom. Didn’t see a switch or anything to give hot water

"Woodsmill Quay Apartment disappointing"

Location, cleanliness was fair and enough space for 4 people.

The floors needing sweeping. Bedding was very tired, bleach stains on the sheets, valance was stained. Lighting in the double bedroom made the dressing table unusuable in the evening when getting ready. Walls had scuff marks and holes in. The sofa was ripped. Bathroom tiles cracked, bottom of shower tray coming away. No hot water in any sink. Front door of the apartment had graffiti marks engraved and scratched. Check was at 10am but we did not expect the owner to be waiting at the door for us to leave when we opened it at 10am. We felt it was very over priced considering the state of the facilities and furnishings. We would revisit if these areas were improved.

Nick was so helpful and friendly. The location was excellent and it was such a lovely place to crash for the weekend as a group of friends. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting York looking for a nice place to stay!
