Holyrood New Apartment

Everything was great. Rooms clean. Everything was as described. I recommend it.

Super clean, spacious; the whole apartment seems freshly renovated; kitchen very well equipped; the location is excellent; the team is very supportive (I contacted Agnes a few times and she was always kind and responsive); Internet works well (we had 5 devices connected); various cleaning products are provided for both the kitchen, general cleaning and the washing machine; the heating system work well and warms up the apartment quite fast

The hall of the building is pretty horrible but there's not much that the managers of the apartment can do, I guess. There is no elevator and, even though the floor is technically the second, one has to go through 3 flights of stairs. There are no toiletries but only hand soap. There is no plug in the bathroom for the hairdryer.

The apartment was super clean and all the furniture was brand new. It was also very well located. Check in instructions were clear and it was so fast.

The condition of the exterior of the building and the common areas but we've been already made aware of it

Excellent accommodation

The apartment was much bigger than I expected which was a bonus. Four of us stayed so it was great having 2 bathrooms so we weren't having to wait for eachother. Was only 10 minutes walk to city centre so very convenient and there was a local shop 2 minutes away. It had everything we needed and more. The neighbours were also very friendly. Excellent stay for a group of friends.

We weren't able to store luggage there before check-in which I guess is to be expected as it is an apartment and we were able to use storage at the train station which the host kindly informed us of.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to Waverley station, Royal Mile and Prince street. Facing directly to the Arthur's Seat. All facilities are very well. The interior design is simple and beautiful.

The look of the building is not very attractive and almost the same as other buildings in that area. So it's a little bit confusing when we were trying to find the apartment. But other than that, our stay is very satisfying.

Very modern and spacious apartment, also close to the old city center.

Lights were very dim in the bathroom, but the problem was fixed very quickly after reporting it to the host.
