Holyrood New Apartment

The host (Agnes) was great throughout our visit and helped with any queries that cropped up. The apartment was located in a perfect position for walking to the Royal Mile, and was close enough to head towards Arthur's seat for a more adventurous walk on one of the mornings. While it may look less impressive outside, the inside of the apartment was well laid out and is as lovely as shown in the pictures. We would have no hesitation in returning here for a subsequent visit to Edinburgh.

-location in the heart of Edinburgh ( within 5 minutes walk from the royal mile) -clean and comfortable -heating efficient -newly furnished -Nice staff with rapid communication and helpful response -Overall experience was exceptional !!

-the building looks old and tired however the apartment from inside is fairly new -Parking in the nearby NCP was full charge ( couldn’t use the parking pass provided.. this could be my fault but i needed clearer instructions to use it when going in and going out)

Excellent house. It was difficult to find the apartment since we reached Edinburgh late. Exterior is a bit rundown but Agnes has informed us about this earlier so it was no surprise. After that it was no issue to get to the house. We rented a car and there was a free parking space so it was perfect. Tesco is just across the street. The house was very warm, clean and a beautiful kitchen full with amenities. Dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods and toilets are fully equipped. I will definitely stay there again during my next visit.

Place is awesome from inside. Kitchen is awesome, so are the rooms. Location is excellent.

Flow of shower in the washroom attached to the master bedroom was not good enough.
