登记入住时说有停车牌可以停车 入住后酒店说停车牌被上一个客人遗失了 需要停到附近的停车场 非常不方便 每次要走5-7分钟 酒店说会refund停车费 check out后 联系酒店要求refund 酒店负责人不回复

The living room heating was broken and the apartment was very cold and guests had to use blankets and had to use the cooker to heat up the place damaged walls with hole, the terrace door doesn't open, wash room outdated and damaged, horrible experience had left the apartment after checking in a few hours later and had to book a different accommodation for the night.

Really good location, very spacious and secure parking.

Blinds a bit stiff which wasn’t ideal on the ground floor but I was probably more conscious of it being scared of the dark and there alone!

Location great fast response from company and helpfull easy to check in

Was great aparment . Apart from bed sheets still dirty I guess they left it from previous customers . And not washed . But can’t prove the company I should have take the picture same date I enter the property , but I told them .

Too many issues to count: Only one bathroom, not two as advertised (including false photos). The listing was changed after I arrived and made a complaint, which felt like gaslighting. After a constantly leaking bathroom ceiling, mice infestation, and fire alarm going throughout the night, we were finally relocated to a different property. It still had only one bathroom (we requested two), and the location was much worse for our stay. It’s now been 2 weeks and our security deposit has not been returned.

An actual rat / mouse in the kitchen!!! Bed infested with bed bugs
