The postion to monkey world

I was really upset and disappointed on arrival. I booked this to take my mum to monkey world. From the description it stated that there where two separate rooms. There are NOT two rooms, there is a voile that barely covers the bed of the end to separate the two areas. The shed was freeezing when we arrived and the bedding was cold and damp. There was no WiFi whatsoever. There was no stove or pans as stated in the description. Also please be aware there are no towels. If you scroll the small print it does state they are not there, but seems a strange thing not to have at this price point. It’s tricky to find as there is no sign on the road side.
