Details. Pienook has been thought about. It’s cute in its simplicity but has all the great details of quality. Breakfast basket was wonderful. And the place was clean too. Better than a hotel. Waking up to birds singing was magnificent.

Heating to taps in bathroom was temperamental. And it would be amazing to have a canopy over to sit in all weather to appreciate the nature and beautiful surroundings.

Gorgeous location, friendly host and wonderful accommodation. The cabin is comfortable, cosy and immaculately clean, with some lovely personal touches. We really appreciated the breakfast treats. The outside space is super, and the local area is just stunning.

We hadn't appreciated that towels aren't provided, and this perhaps could have been made clearer in the description. A kitchen bin would also be a helpful addition.

We loved the tranquility of the location. I also loved the garden space, the kids loved the swing. Lisa met us on arrival and showed us around. The space was comfortable and the bed was lovely. Additional small bed was supplied on request. The pillows were perfect! The breakfast box was a great addition with cereals and bread made available. Lisa also left milk, yoghurt and butter in the fridge for us which made our stay much better.

Would have been nice to have a microwave or small stove or a designated BBQ area. But we worked around it and we still had a great time.

Excellent location. Excellent facilities at PieNook. Very comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast goodies. Lisa is a very friendly and helpful host.

The location was good for us - quiet and peaceful and juat a few miles to use an EV charger for the car. We had a 2 night stay only , as we were in the area for a specific appointment and were able to please ourselves over timing etc. The hosts are lovely friendly people who met us on arrival , outside of the stated check in time ,as we encountered a horrendous journey with delays ; we liaised with them so appreciation on both sides. We enjoyed the provision and selection of the breakfast and drinks items (thank you) so on a short stay a visitor need just go out for main meals. The beds were comfortable and the accommodation clean.

The property is ideal for a couple or with a close family member as the space is one room , so could be a privacy issue for some people.

Very clean, well laid out, lots of lovely touches with breakfast cereals, bread, brownie bits, milk and orange juice all provided. Location was beautiful too

There was nothing we didn’t like, we got a bit lost getting there but that was the sat nav. A call to the host and we were given better directions.

Altogether lovely! Breakfast hamper and goodies were much appreciated! Beautiful setting!
