It wasn’t luxury. Lots of maintenance required and bed was uncomfortable

There was no toilet paper in the property. The carpet hadn’t been hoovered before we arrived as it was covered in crisps but it was clean.

Spacious house for 7 people. Rooms were comfortable and views were amazing with easy access walking into portpatrick

There were no essentials such as washing up liquid or cleaning cloth which you would expect in a high rated holiday home and issue with WiFi that wasn't resolved until we had been there for a day

Everything, it is definitely not luxury. The accommodation was dirty and needed a deep clean plus a lot of general maintenance. Broken dirty dining chairs, tea stains on front door? Cracked floor tiles in bathroom, rubbish under sofa, dead flies on window sills, windows outside were filthy someone had even wrote the name Toby in the dirt. Curtains couldn't be closed properly due to how they had been hung. Weeds in border, cigarette butt's everywhere, borders dug up exposing pipe work. Decking dangerous unfinished and the hot tub we were told is unusable. Staff did respond promptly to some of our complaints, but as said earlier it needed a full deep clean and general maintenance in a lot of areas. We have added a few photos, have so many more!
