"A great place to stay."

Great location. Not in the centre but very frequent buses or a short drive. Very near the Adelphi which was why we booked it. Very comfortable bed and warm and cosy property. Jon was a lovely host and nothing was too much trouble.

Good location with on site parking. Nice large room, a large comfortable bed with high quality bedding. A well equipped kitchen and a good bathroom. A very welcoming host with a range of essentials provided free - tea, coffee, milk, yoghurt, biscuits.

Huge tv :) bed was comfy to the design of the room was so nice quite retro which is something me and my partner love. Host was so nice to definitely recommend

Jon was a friendly and welcoming host, and the room was comfortable and clean. Location was perfect for easy access to the Avenues, city centre and University. Kitchenette and bathroom stocked with all the amenities and provisions you might need.
